Tim Tam Slice
Ingredients
Makes: 16
- 2 packets of Arnott's Tim Tam Original Chocolate Biscuits 200g
- 100g melted butter
- 1 packet of Nestle Bakers' Choice Milk Choc Bits 200g
Method
- Pop your Tim Tams into a blender and blitz until fine. Depending on the size of your blender, you might need to do this in a couple of stages. Hot tip! Make sure your Tim Tams are chilled before you blitz them (but not frozen) ‘cos if they’re not, they might melt and create a bit of a mess.
- Pour the blitzed Tim Tams into a bowl, along with the melted butter and mix until you get a wet cement-like consistency.
- Scoop the mixture into a lined slice tray, flatten and put in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
- Once set, melt the chocolate down in short bursts in the microwave or on the stove top. Pour chocolate on top and put back in the fridge for 3-5 hours to set again.
- Slice up and enjoy all its chocolatey goodness!
Wanna make it more interesting? Feel free to change up the Tim Tam and chocolate flavours to whatever you’d like.

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
Method
- Pop all 3 ingredients into a bowl and mix together until soft and moist.

- Preheat oven at 180°C/160°C fan forced and bake for 10 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.

Hot tip! Don’t use crunchy peanut butter, only use smooth. The cookie texture will become too crumbly otherwise.

Ingredients
Makes: 14
- 1 packet Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Biscuit 250g
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 1 packet of Nestle Bakers' Choice White Choc Bits 200g
Method
- Place all but 2 Biscoff biscuits into a blender and blitz until fine (we’ll be keeping the other 2 for garnish at the end!).
- Add the condensed milk in and continue to blitz to combine.
- Scoop or roll the mixture into small balls, place them on a lined baking tray and put in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
- Once set, melt the chocolate down in short bursts in the microwave or on the stove top. Dip 1 truffle at a time in until completely coated - allowing the excess to drip off.
- Place each truffle back on the lined baking tray. Crush the 2 Biscoff biscuits you reserved earlier, sprinkle all over and put back in the fridge to set completely.
- Once set, take the truffles out of the fridge, devour (and thank us later!).
