Can I use discount codes during the sale?

In order to extend the maximum benefit to our community during our sale, we're thrilled to offer further reduced prices across our entire range, providing you with exceptional value. Can I use a Bon Maxie Gift Card?

Yes! As it's a form of payment, please make sure you use it at checkout as we can't apply it post purchase.

I forgot to use my code/gift card, can you apply it for me?

Unfortunately, we can't apply a gift card or offer code to an existing order after it's been placed. However, you can look forward to utilising the gift card for your upcoming purchase or use the code within its expiry on eligible items.

How long will my order take to be fulfilled?

This is our absolute peak season, and we have anticipated a peak in demand. Our warehouse team is working extended hours meet demand and are being upfront with predicting it may take around 10 business days for you to receive your despatch information. Please also be mindful that selecting an express post service provides you with Australia Post Express Post (or equivalent) service, not a shortened despatch time/queue jump. Order despatches will occur in the order received.

I have made multiple orders, can I combine them?

Thanks for the order love! Due to the volume of orders moving through the warehouse, we cannot combine orders or refund shipping during Black Friday.

Can I change items in my order?

Due to the limited flexibility during our peak demand period, unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders that have completed checkout. Please select colours and hardware carefully!

Can I add to my order?

Due to the limited flexibility during our peak demand period, unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders that have completed checkout.To secure any additional items you want at our amazing sale prices, you will need to make place another order. Please keep in mind we wont be able to refund any shipping charges, as the orders will be shipped separately as the warehouse company will be processing in the order in which they've been placed.

Will you be restocking or adding new things throughout the sale?

Unfortunately, aside from the items set to be restocked on the night and new releases, we won't be receiving additional stock for sold-out items to facilitate restocking.

If I place multiple orders, will I get multiple gifts with purchase?

No, for fairness, each customer is entitled to strictly one of each gift total if criteria is met on an eligible order throughout the promotion, regardless of the number of additional eligible orders placed. If a customer places multiple smaller orders that combined reaches the criteria, we are not able to add gifts. Please note, to maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all customers, we kindly reserve the right to modify orders in the event of any misuse or abuse of this policy.

Can I return a sale purchase?

Kindly note that all sale items are considered final, and as such, we are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for these discounted products.
