CARE

Leather is a natural material with a unique grain/colour. Store out of direct sunlight, avoid abrasive surfaces. We recommend using our Collonil cleaner, waterproof and conditioners to help care for your items. Clean gently with soft, damp cloth. Please spot test the area to ensure colour doesn't lift.

Same-Day Despatch

Order by 10am AEST on business days for same-day despatch. During busy periods like sales or launches, it might take 3-5 business days.

Standard Delivery

Free standard delivery for orders over $89. Delivered within 2-6 business days after despatch in Australia.

Express Delivery

Choose express for delivery within 1-2 business days after it leaves our warehouse. We process orders as they come in to keep things fair.

Our Policy

Changed your mind? No worries! You can return most full-priced items within a week for store credit. We work with a third-party logistics company, so there’s a small admin fee for refunds. Terms apply, view full returns policy or contact us with any questions.

We stand by the quality of every Bon Maxie product—if you experience a manufacturing error within the first 12 months, we'll replace it.
